Listen to Your Body
This course will teach you how to use the fullness scale so you know exactly when and how much you should be eating. You will learn how to listen to your body so that you only eat when you are hungry and you stop when you are full. This alone will make a huge impact on your health, weight, and relationship with yourself.

Discover Your Superfoods
You will learn what foods to eat and when. But instead of listening to some fad diet, you will learn how to figure this out for yourself. By the end of this program, you will know exactly what foods make you feel great and when to eat them. The end result is a way of eating and thinking about food that is customized, curated, and edited just for you.

Minimize Emotional Eating
You will learn how to plan your meals in advance in order to discover where and when you might be emotionally eating. Emotional eating is any time you eat off plan, when you are not hungry, or when you don’t stop when you are full. The beauty of planning your meals is that it becomes very easy to identify your food-related thoughts. These automatic thoughts have you repeat your same eating habits.
Then you get to decide which thoughts you want to keep and which ones you would like to change. This is where most diets fail. They don’t teach you how to change your thoughts and your eating habits. This is the key to developing and sustaining a healthy connection to your body and sustained weight loss.
The Healthy Body Connection is not another crazy diet.
