My Christmas wish for all

Whatever holiday you celebrate this season, I would like to take this moment to send you all my Christmas wishes.

First, I genuinely believe that we have two purposes in life.

To make the world a little bit better.

To live the full human experience.

So based on this, here are my Christmas wishes for you all.

I wish you all have the insight to see all the wonderful ways you make the world a better place every day.

Your contribution may be a groundbreaking discovery. Perhaps it is to let someone go ahead of you in line at the store. Maybe it is raising tiny humans. I guarantee you do something that makes the world better every day. You don’t need to do more. Just simply know that what you are doing is enough. Know that what you do matters.

I wish for you all to feel the full range of human emotions.

This is the human experience. So when you are feeling joy, I wish for you to be fully present and feel all the joy. And when the painful days come, I wish for you to feel the pain, process it, and then let it go.
